Hi Justin,

Outbound proxy setting on mobile app is a bit tricky. It is enabled when 
the reg_route parameter in the proxy_config_0 section is equal to the 
reg_proxy value.

Regarding available settings there is indeed no doc, but you can look 
for them in the source code of liblinphone / linphone-android.
