Reading comment #34 (which totally slipped through), I guess Joel's proposed
fix for this looks good.
Nevertheless, by now I'm wondering if we should instead go the standard way an
send what we can. Probably at the time we would send a zero window probe. That
would ensure we wouldn't do the necessary copying too often...
On the other hand, I can't afford the time to do this right now...
