I did a distclean, restored my BSD curses and it went away. Then
I put back the ncurses I have had for a while, and did this:
./configure --with-screen=ncurses ; make
and the warnings came back. I'll look further; something in the NetBSD
ncurses package that was recently built may not line up with Lynx or my
older ncurses set.
