Borland C++ Builder can't digest "#if stuff":

(of course, in LFN-speak, these are src\HTFWriter.c :-)

I've uploaded a new Win32 binary of Lynx to:

There is still the missing errno definition to resolve, and I've been
looking at the mail spaghetti, er, source code as well to allow sendmail
to work with this compiler. More later...
