On djgpp/gcc I'm getting this:
parsdate.y:47: error: redefinition of typedef 'STRING'
/net/OpenSSL.099/openssl/safestack.h:105: error: previous declaration of
'STRING'
<safestack.h> is included via <LYUtils.h>. An easy fix:

An btw, TIMEINFO in parsdate.h looks suspiciously like a Win32 structure.
Maybe rename to PD_TIMEINFO.
