Actually, it seems that the only people who are making that sort of
remark will continue to do so, irregardless.

to turn it off is good only in corner cases, like pages that misunder-
stand the "optimise" bit above.
Sending no User-Agent header is sufficiently unusual, that I think there is a
real risk that servers will start discriminating against such browsers.
On the other hand, you might make a constructive remark,
suggesting how to deal with the existing discrimination.
