AFAICT, Lynx on Win32 uses cp437 as it’s a console programme.
You should try setting that in the (O)ptions menu. Maybe try
some other codepage, maybe the system menu (of the window)
has an option.
You should also verify that the characters you are trying to
display are all supported by the charset used (Lynx automati-
cally transliterates them otherwise).
By the way, UTF-8 is the standard these days…
Your mails come over somewhat rude and shouting. I’d suggest
to stop that.
