The page *is* empty. They have marked up an empty document. The nature
of markup languages is that the information should be in the text nodes,
but all the text nodes are empty.
Unfortunately, when following the XML fashion, people with a programming
background put everything in the attributes, because they treat it as a
sequence of procedure calls.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
