Succesfully ported rc4 to OS2 from the scratch !! :)
Din't have to change a byte...

[u:\lzip-1.11-rc4]make -k check
testing lzip-1.11-rc4...................................................
testing lziprecover-1.11-rc4..........................
tests completed successfully.
