You can compile them for Linux as in examples in the same thread: encode.su/threads/3824-7z-xorfilter-7z-plugin-example?p=81391&viewfull=1#post81391.

I can manage mingw compilation, no problem.

Linux sources are on 7zip sourceforge site or, better in this repo I alredy recommended: github.com/cielavenir/p7zip.

I don't know what he thinks but he openly refused it numerous times. (sourceforge.net/p/sevenzip/discussion/search/?q=lzip)

I can only guess, from what I see.
