Ian - I suggest that we make the archive for the mailman list be private.

Messages like the recent one show that people do not expect
their mail to that address be publicly visible.

Also, there are so few messages sent to mailman, I think "quarterly" or
even "yearly" would make more sense than "monthly" to rotate. But that
doesn't really matter.
