[Myexperiment-discuss] help needed with taverna Workflows

Can someone please help me figure out what is worng with my workflows?

Workflow number 1 aims to perform a specific search based on the values specified by the user: database, the dates and keyword.
In my case the database was pubmed, the dates were January 1 2008 to december 3 2008 and the term searched was adiponectin.
 
Workflow number 2 aims to filter the results returned by workflow number 1.     For the purpose of mysearch the term applied as a filter are adiponectin, diabetes, obesity, SNPs.
 
Workflow 3 aimed to search for the SwissProt database for SNPs associated with a specific Swissprot ID and the OMIM database for a protein entered by the user. This workflow should return a set of SNPs for a specific protein from the SwissProt database and the allelic variants from the OMIM database.
