[Nel] (vc7.1) fatal error: cannot open file 'stlport_vc6.lib'

while linking the nel_launcher project of nelns.

I'm more at home with a Makefile than Visual Studio, but I grepped
through the entire code module and found no instances of that string
except in nel/tools/3d/plugin_max which I don't think is needed by
nel_launcher.

What could I be missing?
