[Netsukuku-vala] Request for inclusion

Hi,

Following what is happening to the cyberspace and knowing

that we must do our best to protect it, I formally ask for a

request for inclusion to the project.

Currently I am making my way through Vala and it's going

alright. I would also help with the website, translation to

spanish and bug tracking.

Please let me know what you guys think.
