[Nmh-workers] Alas, No nmh in RedHat 4

It seems that somewhere between RedHat 9 and RedHat 4 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux
WS release 4 (Nahant Update 6)), nmh disappeared. I can't find "nmh" on any
of the RedHat rpm disc images,

I cannot live without nmh!

So I will have to install it myself. Is there an appropriate nmh.rpm for RedHat
4 somewhere?

If not, are the right sources to use

        nmh-1.2.tar.gz
