I see in your message
> Message-ID: <address@hidden>
which looks like a message ID that would be generated by sendmail or
postfix; the local-part is the wrong format for something generated by
nmh. So I'm guessing you aren't specifying -msgid to "send", and thus
what I'm griping about doesn't apply to you.
