How about that. That solves the mystery of why I couldn't
replicate the 'Â': without the <meta> line, I can.
I suppose that mhshow or mhfixmsg could add a <meta> line if
there isn't one, but I don't think it's something that nmh
should do. It'd be easy enough in a script that wrapped chrome.
On the side issue, I was using this on a dual-core machine:
mhshow-show-text/html: google-chrome && google-chrome %F
and ran into the the problem with chrome exiting before opening
the file. The trailing sleep (or better fix?) might be
necessary even with that.
