Details:

Documentation error in filtfilt in the signal package version 1.3.0.  The
example in the documentation states the example filter cutoff frequency is 10
Hz; it is actually 5 Hz.


 Example
          [b, a]=butter(3, 0.1);   # 10 Hz low-pass filter
#should be 5 Hz ---------------------^^
          t = 0:0.01:1.0;          # 1 second sample
