Details:
I'm using a monitor setup with the primary in landscape and the secondary in
portrait. If Octave is put on the secondary monitor, there are issues with the
command window prompt. The prompt is stuck in the middle of the screen and the
bottom of the command window is always empty white space. It works fine when
put on the primary monitor. Also if the primary is changed to portrait, there
is no problem on the secondary monitor.
The number of lines displayed in the command window on the secondary monitor
matches the number of lines displayed when it is on the primary monitor. Seems
like something in the command window is dependent on the primary monitor size.
This problem doesn't happen with any other GUI elements.
