Details:

The Editor toolbar can't be toggled off by rightclicking on it (which in some
applications will bring up a menu), nor is there an entry in the View>Editor
menu to toggle it. Since all the commands in the toolbar are already available
through either keybindings or the text menus the toolbar is redundant to me
and a waste of screen estate.
