If I understood you correctly you want to check only for existance of the scripts. Right now you check for both scripts qcollectiongenerator and qhelpgenerator, and I suppose there is a reason for doing so. I suppose you run qhelpgenerator somewhere in the build process for generation doxygen documentation.
