URL: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?56906> Summary: user manual should document the GNUTERM environment variable Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: mtmiller Submitted on: Mon 16 Sep 2019 04:27:28 PM PDT Category: Documentation Severity: 2 - Minor Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Documentation Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: dev Operating System: Any _______________________________________________________ Details: The GNUTERM environment variable is technically a part of Gnuplot, and it's documented elsewhere. But it should probably be mentioned as a way to influence the terminal selected by Octave when using the "gnuplot" graphics_toolkit. I suggest a short paragraph and example in the "Customizing Toolkit Behavior" subsubsection. I'll try to take a few minutes and write something and attach it here for review. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?56906> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
