Follow-up Comment #1:
Confirmed on 6.0.93 on Windows.
It's the line:
SYS_d_zoh = c2d(SYS_c,Ts,'zoh');
(3rd line in 4th stanza of OP's script) that provokes the crash.
In dev Octave I get an error two lines earlier in the uploaded script:
:
>> SYS_c = tf(B,A);
error: '__lti_input_idx__' undefined near line 211, column 211
error: called from
tf at line 211 column 31
