Follow-up Comment #9, bug #59451 (project octave):

"So it looks like if a function handle is created "lazy" it will always be
lazy (and never "fix" to a certain function)."

Markus: Does that also happen if you call "functions (fh)" or is this "fixing"
of the function to the handle something that only happens when the function is
called?  Given the functions described in comment #8, try starting in the
top-level directory and then do


hf = @fcn
cd a
functions (hf)
cd ../b
hf ()   %% A or B?
