Hello.
I've been working with Octave 5.1 until now. No problems.
I just tried Octave 6.3 (x64), and the GUI doesn't work. 

I tried:
- double clicking on octave.vbs (nothing happends) 
- double clicking on octave-gui.exe (inside mingw64\bin directory). A Windows'
command promt opens up, but remains black forever (see attachment #1).

The CLI works fine (see attachment #2).

I tried the ZIP (portable) version, but the installer too. Exact same effect.

Octave 5.1 still works perfectly.

I'm using: Windows 10 x64 (up to date) on a core i5 2500K and 12 GB RAM.

I installed Octave 6.3 on another computer, and works perfect. 

Is there anything I can do to provide more useful information or debug what is
going on? I'm a software developer, and can deal with technical stuff.
