Hello, I have also recently been facing the same problem. I have just tried to
delete .ini file, but while GUI treats it as a fresh install, a new .ini file
does not appear. I also have referred to bug #56795 for solutions but none
have seemed to work. I tried installing through package managers (winget) also
but to no avail.
