Wow, thanks for the diligence rik. It seemingly wouldn't take much to make it
size conformant instead of a scalar, but i agree at this point we remove the
block. This report will always be here for posterity if a needed use case is
later discovered.

Seems the whole function is being reworked over on 62468, should this specific
change be made here or in combination over there?
