Follow-up Comment #14, bug #63286 (project octave):
Right, that notice is about all the Octave Forge packages at SourceForge.
They've been migrated to Github and optim is getting maintained there. That
notice is for anyone finding the old SourceForge pages through a web search,
but I see how it can be ambiguous in the context of a single package.
Btw, these days when you do "pkg install -forge" it picks up the package from
Github not SourceForge.
