Follow-up Comment #26, bug #62648 (project octave):

One test is failing on macOS that might be related to the newer texinfo:

Note the difference between `’` and `'` in the strings.

I haven't looked into why there is this difference. And I'm not sure if the
new result is actually wrong.
It might be best to just change the test to not contain an apostrophe. What do
you think?
