Follow-up Comment #31, bug #62648 (project octave):

Comparing up to the apostrophe would fix the test result for whichever
character is used. However, it might be worthwhile to check if the entire
first sentence is returned by this function (not less - but also not more).
We could also just use a different function in that test. E.g.:

>> get_first_help_sentence('quiver')
ans = Plot a 2-D vector field with arrows.
