Am using Octave with Windows 11 Pro on new HP Laptop
Octave works with my scripts but several problems
1.  The windows layout is not retained from previous sessions.  The windows
layout has to be reset and my preferred layout set up with the editor window
to the right of the command window on each opening.
2.  The command window vertical scroll bar does not work
3.  On closing the preferences window, Octave crashes
4.  The terminal window opens behind the GUI when Octave opens (not sure if
that's a bug or not)

(Works fine on older Windows 10 machine and Apple Mac).

Octave is a really good piece of software which is much appreciated.
