The white noise has an octave spectrum that increases with frequency, while
the pink noise is constant throughout the frequency range.
The octave spectrum of a signal illustrates how the human ear perceives the
signal.
GNU Octave doesn't have the capability to plot a pink noise as a flat line (dB
vs Frequency), where this is very useful in the audio analyses.
Therefore, should be nice to have a function like Matlab poctave
(https://www.mathworks.com/help/signal/ref/poctave.html)
