ok, thank you for the followup.  I'd have to hunt through the bug reports, but
there definitely have been cases where, due primarily to how windows
does/doesn't update the modified date on folders, and for some reason it is
different on the system drive than on other drives, Octave misses file changes
and assumes the local cache is still the correct version.  this is the first I
had heard of that specific issue also applying to the Save As feature vs
command line work, though.

Reopening report and bumping release.
