[Pan-devel] Pan 0.11.4

Colin's reminded me offlist that there are still a lot of gtk 1.2 users
out there and has suggested that we do a 0.11.4 release.

Since we don't have the manpower or need to continue supporting 0.11,
IMO if we do a 0.11.4 it should be a bugfix only release that has no
new features that we'd have to field new bug reports on.  In other
words, we should start from 0.11.3 rather than pan-0-11-fix.

These are the bugs listed in post-0.11.3 release

        82828 - incorrect warning when posting
        81464 - cache never shrinks
        80292 - save articles does not create directory tree

Any opinions on this?  Does anyone have enough interest in the
gtk1.2 branch to go in and apply these patches to a 0.11.3 tarball?
