Here's a screenshot of how Pan's scoring is shaping up:

Main window:

        Header pane: a new "score" column
        Toolbar: a new "high score" filter button
        New menu button: View|Match very high-scoring articles
        New menu button: View|Match high-scoring articles
        New menu button: View|Match low-scoring articles
        New menu button: View|Match very low-scoring articles
        New menu button: Article|View Article's Scores
        New menu button: Tool|Create Score

View Article Scores dialog:

        popped up from hitting "Article|View Article's scores",
        as I've done for the selected article in the screenshot.

Add to Scorefile dialog:

        popped up from Article|Watch, Article|Ignore, Article|Bozo,
        Tool|Create Score, and View Article Scores|Add.
        For the first three, the control's settings are initialized
        appropriately for watching, ignoring, or bozoizing.

Preferences tab: scoring

        used to tweak the boundaries of very high, high, low, and
        very low scores.

        very high - watched
        low - but marked as read by default
        very low - ignored, not shown in header pane by default

These dialogs will replace the old bozo, watch, ignore, code & GUIs.
