[Pan-devel] DB version ready for debuging

If anyone is still interested in the work I've been doing rewriting the
backend, and even some of the front end, it's ready for debugging.
Warning: the first time you run it it will take a while to start up
since it needs to build the db and import the old data.  After that it
starts up pretty fast.  Also I haven't tested it with the new file
format, but don't worry it doesn't delete anything.

Known issues:
 group filter crashes
 group sorting using column headers doesn't work
 article list not displayed properly

Needed code:
 add priority/rank/cost (whatever) to server dialog
 change server menu to set/indicate online status of servers
 TBD
