  Oneloop message pr (#183)


* Addressing comment PR. (1) Removed oneloop G message and merged it with a 
more general EFF_MAT_G (instead of INDI_G) message which can be used by anybody 
who wants to stream an effectiveness matrix. (2) Removed oneloop andi message 
and merged it with a more general STAB_ATT_GENERAL (instead of STAB_ATT_INDI) 
which can be used by anybody who wants to stream detailed stability related 
signals. The original message was also streaming G again (which is redudant) 
and body accelerations which are not related to stability (indeed often 
streamed as zeros). (3) Changed name of oneloop guidance to GUIDANCE_GENERAL 
which can be used by anybody who wants to stream detailed guidance related 
signals. There is no such message yet in paparazzi link.
