[paragui-users] new CVS repository up

Hi all developers out there :))

The CVS repository has been moved to Savanna:

All developers who had CVS r/w access at ostdev.net (or want to register
for CVS r/w access) please register at savanna.gnu.org and post a quick
note to me with your id.

Currently there's only the head branch which contains the former
"devel-1-0" (stable) tree. Unstable trees must be spawned from the head.
