[paragui-users] dynamic loading

Hi,

it would be very convenient if ParaGUI can be compiled without ANY access to  
I/O functions.

This contains:
- all file i/o controls
- themes
- dynamically loadable drivers

In embedded systems, it's very likely that you don't have file i/o  
capabilities - and they aren't needed. You have the same look-and-feel and  
the same environment for every machine you'll sell.
