[Phpcompta-contrib] Test d'installation smarty

salut!

je suis en train de tester smarty, et j'ai déja un hello world qui
fonctionne. ce que j'ai fait:

1: downloadé
http://smarty.php.net/do_download.php?download_file=Smarty-2.6.12.tar.gz
2: décompressé n'importe ou
3: copié SMARTY_UNCOMPRESS_DIR/libs/* vers PHPCOMPTA_ROOT/smarty
4: ajouté "../smarty" dans mon include_path dans php.ini
5: ajouté PHPCOMPTA_ROOT/html/smarty_test.php
6: ajouté PHPCOMPTA_ROOT/templates/index.tpl
7: ajouté PHPCOMPTA_ROOT/compile/ et PHPCOMPTA_ROOT/cache/

- --> obtenu " Hello, Ned!", le résultat espéré. --> smarty marche,
c'est con comme chou à installer, et on peut l'inclure dans la distro
phpcompta, pas besoin de quelque dépendance que ce soit vis-à-vis de
redhat, debian, ou du pape.

je vais investiguer des refactorings incrémentiels.
