Pingus 0.6.99 suggestion

I have found some information about Clanlib 0.7.9 release and don't appears 
that it will be released soon :(
I think that pingus developers, who have compiled succesfully clanlib 0.7.9 svn 
and pingus 0.7 svn, whould be able to make a tarball with the clanlib tested 
and used by they and, so, they will be able to release a pingus 0.6.99 (or 0.7 
RC1) revision of the current pingus svn.
