ClanLib 0.7.9 Release Candidate in SVN

I've fixed the remaining critial issues in SVN version of Clanlib. Now
we only need someone to run through all examples and make sure they
work on all the platforms.
Also, if you have submitted some patches in the last months, and they
haven't been applied, please send us a message as soon as possible!
