Yes, a "thread". In portuguese is a lot more easy: a "discussão" :D

Looking at all the mingw  sources, seems like they don't really
implement basic functions, like "rename".
Only the headers are available. It makes sense, since the application
will only need the library during the execution,
who will be on windows.
