Hi Friedrich and all,

Thank you, Friedrich - I installed 1.6.2 in Macbook Pro and it fixed the problem 🙂 I cannot try it on Macbook Air yet since I do not have a permission, but will ask the IT person as soon as he is available. My big apologies - I should have tried this basic fix first! I just assumed PSPP on IT installed on my Air was an updated version, which was clearly not the case. Sorry to have bothered you and everyone else, and thank you again for your kind help!

Ryoko

When I try to access Desktop or Document, I get an error message saying "Could not read the content/Error opening the directory". I am not sure if it is relevant, but I do not have an admin right for Air.
