[PATCH 06/12] util/hexdump: Rename @offset argument in qemu_hexdump_line()

[Philippe Mathieu-Daudé]

@offset argument is more descriptive than @b.

Inverse @bufptr <-> @offset arguments order.

Document qemu_hexdump_line().
