[PATCH 11/11] usb/msd: Add more tracing

Subject: [PATCH 11/11] usb/msd: Add more tracing

Add tracing for more received packet types, cbw_state changes, and
some more SCSI callbacks. These were useful in debugging relaxed
packet ordering support.
