[rdiff-backup-users] Help how to restore a single file or directory on windows.

I tried the same thing on Linux and it works fine. So it looks like there is a 
bug in windows build that restoring a single file or directory does not seem to 
work. 

# rdiff-backup 
/dest/rdiff-backup-data/increment/2.txt.2008-10-13T08\:59\:15-04\:00.diff.gz 
/restore/3.txt
