[rdiff-backup-users] Help how to restore a single file or directory on windows.

Thanks for taking at look at it. I believe b/c of the day that windows recorded 
in a semicolon instead of colon and dash. 

Windows recorded as Semicolon:

C:\>rdiff-backup.exe -r 
"c:\dest\rdiff-backup-data\increments\console.txt.2008-10-13T10;05845;05817-05;05800.diff.gz"
 c:\restore



Linux:

# console.txt.2008-10-13T08:53:36-04:00.diff.gz


So Rdiff-backup might not understand the Semicolon in windows date range.
