yip, point taken, I think we could use from the one agent of fossology
that checks licenses if need be, but most its other functions don't look
to apply to what is needed for us.

cool I've gotten this script from Leo, looks quick and simple, I will
discuss with Leo on using this and adding the other checks we need for
approving projects.
