[Savannah-hackers-public] Looking for project review templates

Hello,


my name is Sebastian Gerhardt and I read on the "Help GNU" page about
the lack of voluntary project reviewers and I would like to apply.

Following the recommended start pages

I could not find the mentioned macros or templates which are to be
filled in and mailed to this list for approval.
All links seem to be non valid anymore.

Please point me to the current versions of these documents.


My second question is about the priorities of the pending projects. From
what I understand, I am asked to choose any pending and unassigned
project and write a review about it. Fairness suggests they are to be
served in a FIFO fashion, but with some of them being queued for some
time now, I am not sure how promising it would be to serve them now.
Which is the "best" period unassigned projects should be chosen from?
